Our Spelt Soda Bread is a deliciously wholesome loaf made with a blend of white and brown spelt flour, mixed seeds and creamy buttermilk.

Naturally leavened with bicarbonate of soda, this traditional-style loaf has a lovely rustic texture, subtle sweetness from maple syrup and a satisfying crunch from the mixed seeds. Perfect for breakfast, with soup, or simply sliced fresh and enjoyed with butter.
