For us, baking is about keeping things simple — good ingredients, traditional recipes and time-honoured methods. We’re proud to make the kind of bread and baked goods that people have grown up with and continue to enjoy today.
Our speciality is our traditional batch bread, baked fresh with the care and attention that goes into a proper loaf. With its familiar taste, soft texture and unmistakable aroma, our batch bread is a firm favourite with generations of local customers.
We’re also particularly proud of our award-winning Apple Tart, which was recognised at the Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards in 2025. It’s a great example of what we believe in — taking a traditional favourite and making it with care, quality and a little bit of pride.
After 15 years, our bakery remains firmly rooted in the local community. We’re proud to be a Castlebar business and grateful to the customers who have supported us over the years.
